WILSON POWELL III is a Research Associate in the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business & Government at the Harvard Kennedy School. He has previously worked as a Research Analyst at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, a Research Economist at the Council of Economic Advisors, and a Health Policy Fellow at the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice.
